A therapy practice
A space to grow
beneath the surface
— Lijia Li
Therapy is not about fixing what is broken. It is about tending to what is growing — slowly, quietly, in the places you haven't looked yet. I am building a practice rooted in that belief.
"The most important things grow in the dark, before anyone notices them."

02
Slow, meaningful work
Real growth doesn't happen all at once. We go at your pace.
03
You are not broken
Therapy is tending, not fixing. You were always enough.

Therapist-in-Training · Hobe Sound, Florida
I am drawn to the quiet, the overlooked, the things that grow slowly in the margins of a life. My approach to therapy is shaped by a deep belief that healing is not linear — it is more like a forest floor, layered and patient and full of things we haven't named yet. I am currently building toward my practice, and in the meantime, I write. Because sometimes the path to understanding begins with putting words to what we feel.
Personal Journal
Undergrowth — thoughts growing quietly
I write about life, reflection, and the small things that turn out to matter. A window into how I think, and what I believe about the inner life.
